CHSi has a full time opening for a Data Manager/Business Development role in Cape Canaveral, FL.

SCOPE:
The Data Manager, Business Development is responsible for opportunity and pipeline management, market trending for new business development in the occupational health and medical services fields including analysis and research related to solicitation requirements to support capture activities. Manages and reports on Business Development Department budgets. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Participates in long range business and cycle planning with Finance and leadership.
Supports Capture/Sales Managers in developing and implementing marketing/capture plans.
Gathers competitor/customer intelligence in support of Capture activities and Gate reviews as required.
Monitors current market conditions, collecting and compiling information on the customer environment and their recent buying trends
Participates in solutions development strategy sessions providing input based on customer trends and requirements.
Manages and maintains the opportunity pipeline ensuring configuration control over the Salesforce database for accuracy and currency
Develops and provides periodic reports as required for management visibility on opportunity profiles over time so market trends are visible and BD resource requirements can be determined.
Prepares opportunity briefing inputs to facilitate executive level Gate Reviews and briefings.
Tracks operating budgets and evaluate monthly Program Status Reviews (PSRs) provided by Finance, identify anomalies and trends as appropriate, and support management budget review meetings
Coordinates the development of annual budgets or revisions for B&P and Marketing requirements for all CHSi entities.
Requests B&P charge numbers for opportunities being pursued in the commercial, government, and international markets
Adds charge numbers to Salesforce and distributes updated charge number lists to BD personnel in a timely manner for time recording
Closes B&P charge numbers after award and protest time period, maintains a list of charge numbers closed
Manages consultant/vendor procurement processes related to Capture/Marketing activities and Proposal Development
Audits and approves consultant/vendor invoices and verify entries in monthly financial reports
Establishes and supports relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers that enhance new business opportunities, and comply with Company policies and standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
Must have five (5) years demonstrated business development and/or marketing experience.
Must be self starter able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
Must be discreet and sensitive to protecting company proprietary and competition sensitive information in verbal or written form.
Fully Knowledgeable of MS Office software and computer utilization including the normal peripherals and common office equipment.
Prior experience with Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools preferred such as Sales Force.
Experience with government proposals highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
