Job Description:
Manages all subordinate Managers and supervisors along with all dealers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
Reports directly to the CEO.
Primary responsibility to oversee and manage the table games and sportsbook.
Comprehensively understands, implements, and enforces all casino policies and procedures.
Works in conjunction with the Slots Table Games Manager and Cage Table Games Manager to promote cooperation among employees and a seamless operation of the casino.
Serves as an escort for high dollar jackpots as needed.
Hires key personnel within the Casino Department.
Comprehensively understands and reports all revenues from Table Games Operations including variances and comparisons, along with in-depth reports on all aspects of the table games operations for review by the CEO.
Works with the Controller to compile the annual budget for table games operations, including salaries, revenues, and expenditures.
Comprehensively understands monthly and quarterly revenue reports and explains such reports to the Controller and CEO as required.
Establishes and maintains relationship with elite players.
Meets with vendors to help promote good business relationships.
Promotes the company's business in a professional manner at all times.
Minimum 10 years' experience as a table games Table Games Manager in an established casino in the United States. Jurisdictional gaming license required. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Management required. Drug testing and background checks will be required
