SCOPE:
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for procurement of of goods and services that support the company's efforts. This position shall be responsible for , reviewing, analyzing, auditing, and maintenance of the procurement files for the entire lifecycle of the procurement. This position reports to the Subcontracts Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in procurement, setting procurement strategies, driving cost savings and improving terms and conditions
Preferred experience in procurements with staffing agencies for temporary labor, to include knowledge with the Service Contract and Fair Labor Standards Acts
Clean criminal background check
Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check

Responsibilities:
Support procurement function and maintain all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services
Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers.
Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives
Develops and implements efficiencies, standardized tools, practices and procedures shortening the quotation, RFP and decision making and evaluation time
Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
