Job Description:
Proficient with 5-axis CNC simultaneous machining
Experience developing machine set-ups, program edits, and working with tolerances to +/- .0001
Mastery of high speed machining and tool path optimization
Experience on Mazak and Hurco machining centers a plus
Experience with inspecting own parts using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and various other inspection equipment
Must possess trouble-shooting skills and ability to think critically
Must be able to work independently, but also demonstrate an ability to work productively within a team environment
Ability to read CAD models and 2-D prints and update paperwork neatly, accurately, and in an organized manner
Flexible, ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment with tight deadlines
This position may require 2nd shift and weekend work
Additional requirements a plus:
Experience with programming of CNC Milling Machines with GibbsCAM Software preferred
