Job Description:
CHSi has an opening for a full time Staffing Project Coordinator position to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL.
SCOPE:
This position is responsible for assisting management to ensure client and/or customer satisfaction and smooth operation of daily functions relating to per diem/locum tenen staffing and coordination. Will interact daily with other CHS Occupational Health team members, medical staff, facilities, and clients. Coordinates client services to ensure adequate tracking of services provided, accurate billing/invoice tracking, effective work control and efficient delivery of services. Must have strong computer skills. Minimal travel as needed.
Qualifications:
High School diploma
Three years of experience in administrative and medical administrative routines and environments
Knowledge of specialized terminology and regulations relating to departmental operations is highly desirable
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong oral and written communication skills
Position requires functional knowledge of computer operating systems, databases, spreadsheet, word processing, graphics and other common programs
Requires ability to read and interpret written information and effectively communicate verbally and in writing where information includes precise information and terminology of a confidential nature
