Job Description:
Produces moderately-complex technical electrical designs for modifications to new buildings, structures, utilities and other systems in support of site operations relative to the facility and ground support equipment utilized at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, on the Atlas V Program at Launch Complex 41. Provides design and project support for the installation of equipment, building systems, and utilities. Validates customer requirements, incorporating innovations and options to reach project objectives within schedule and budget. Creates and updates maintenance procedures. Provides engineering support for short - and long - term infrastructure planning and capital improvement construction projects and maintenance operations. Plans, manages and executes projects, which may involve external vendors, in accordance with construction documents as well as applicable regulations, standards, codes and ordinances.
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
External Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
5 years of experience in a related field; or a master's degree in a discipline associated with the profession may be used to satisfy two years of the experience required.
Experience with facility related electrical systems
Proficient with AutoCAD
External Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer license
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written; including presentations)
Experience working independently and in a team environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
