Job Description:
Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor, property and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Contacts potential users and negotiates transfers. Conducts property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property administration policies. Provides guidance on company policy and government regulations pertaining to property accountability. Prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to such matters as taxes, rentals and leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration
There will be consideration for applicants with military backgrounds that have a combination of this type of experience and education.
Candidates must have completed their degree between May 2012 and June 2014
Candidates must have a cumulative GPA of 2.90 or greater on a 4.00 scale
NOTE: If candidate is selected for further screening, candidate must supply an unofficial college transcript upon the request of ULA (cumulative GPA and degree from current or most recent college must be validated). If a candidate is extended an offer and accepts the offer, ULA must receive an official transcript.
Must have a valid driver's license and have transportation.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
As a condition of employment, you must be able to obtain and thereafter maintain a favorable National Agency Check Inquiry (NAC-I) in accordance with Air Force Instruction 31-501 entitled: Personnel Security program management or an equivalent approval so that you have continuous unescorted access to all ULA work locations, including controlled/restricted areas, to perform their assigned work.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Property Management
Experience in Property, Material Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
