CHSi has a part time opening for an IT Help Desk Intern role to work in our corporate headquarters in Cape Canaveral, FL. This role will work 32-40 hours per week.
SCOPE:
This position is responsible for providing and or supporting technical assistance to computer system users by answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, in person or from a remote location. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Qualifications:
Intern must be actively enrolled in some form of accredited higher education. This includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees.
Intern must have complete at least one year within their institution of higher education and carry a 2.5 grade point average before being considered for a CHSi internship. (Student must submit copy of last grade report with cumulative GPA along with the application for employment).
Intern must have a letter of recommendation from an instructor at the educational institute they are currently enrolled.
Intern must be working towards a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Intern must be a citizen of the United States.
