CHSi has a full time opening for a Subcontracts Administrator role to work in our corporate headquarters in Cape Canaveral, FL.
The Subcontracts Administrator administers government and commercial Subcontracts to ensure fulfillment of contractual and fiscal performance obligations. Assist program managers and employees on proposal and Subcontract issues, assessment of risks related to RFPs, monitors Subcontracts performance from cradle-to-grave (award to closeout), and ability to negotiate scope, schedule, pricing, and terms and conditions with Subcontractors. Strong working knowledge of the FAR/DFAR, CPSR, DCAA, and DCMA regulations. Must have demonstrated ability to administer a wide variety of contract types including but not limited to: FFP, LH, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, BPA, ID/IQ, etc.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree preferred
5-10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of government and commercial Subcontracts
US citizenship required
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as ability to interact with all types of personnel in a team environment
Proficiency in common office equipment and software, including MS Office products (excel, word, Power Point, email, etc).
