Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working, honest, and friendly Warehouse Assistant Managers to work at our warehouse.
The candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable with managing workload and time without constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions (Warehouse Assistant Manager):
Assist in the management of the warehouse.
Open and/or close the warehouse.
Maintain awareness of our products & merchandise.
Establish and maintain inventory control system for all raw and finished products.
Responsible for shipping and receiving.
Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
Maintain the warehouse clean and orderly.
Provide a good experience to employees.
Hold employees accountable for following company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other managers & Distric Manager on achieving goals (staffing, financial, etc).
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of retail management experience with knowledge of operations.
Some College education or at least High School diploma.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be a mentor with the ability to develop team members and provide them with the tools and guidance to be successful.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to count and provide accurate quantity information.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
Must be able to move throughout all areas of the warehouse including the outside perimeter.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Able to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Valid driver license.
