Recruiting/HR Specialist at Craig Technologies in Cape Canaveral, FL
Craig Technologies is seeking a resourceful and highly effective full time Recruiting/HR Specialist to assist in the finding and screening of quality candidates to fill current and future job openings. Candidate will work closely with Recruiting Manager, hiring managers and People department to determine hiring strategies and timelines. Candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for job seekers throughout the recruiting process (communicate job status, answer initial questions, schedule interviews and coordinate feedback). Track, classify, and communicate with new job applicants and enter and update candidate tracking system. HR Specialist duties to be determined by the People Department. Participate in special projects as assigned. 5 years of experience required. College Degrees must come from a school that is accredited in the discipline of the degree to be considered.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
